The Butterfly Valve is a critical flow-control component used extensively in water transmission systems. It features a rotating disc mechanism housed within a metallic body, ensuring reliable sealing performance and preventing any hydraulic leakage.
Our company has specialized in manufacturing metal-to-rubber resilient-seated butterfly valves for more than 35 years, producing diameters ranging from DN 150 mm up to DN 1600 mm. The valves are engineered to operate under multiple pressure classes, including PN10, and PN16, making them suitable for water networks, pumping stations, and high-reliability fluid-handling systems.
Each valve undergoes a comprehensive quality assurance and testing protocol throughout all manufacturing stages. Pressure testing is carried out in full compliance with international standards:
- Body Pressure Test: 1.5 × nominal operating pressure.
- Disc/Seat Test: 1.1 × nominal operating pressure to ensure zero leakage.
According to the applicable standard
All coating, lining, and corrosion-protection processes are performed using certified potable water materials.
Over the decades, we have successfully manufactured thousands of high-quality butterfly valves, distinguished by robust engineering, performance, and long-term reliability across major infrastructure and water-supply projects.
